Kel and his wife are warm and welcoming. The check-in process is smooth and easy. The rooms have been recently re-decorated and are lovely, and super clean. No over-powering air fresheners or cleaning chemicals are used, just attention to detail and actually clean. TV had good free to air reception and some cable channels.
Nice basic accommodation that’s fitted out nicely, the recliner chairs are nice in the small space.

I've stayed at Bundaberg Best Western a few times now. They have always been professional and supportive.
The rooms were clean and well stocked with teas and coffees. The staff are very friendly and have managed to keep me in the same room every time I visit.
The location is quite central, with multiple restaurants located within walking distance.
Rooms are small, but they are clean and the beds are amazing!! Great nights sleeping for the 3 nights we were there.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Stocked with teas, coffee and sugars. All the essential appliances, fridge, kettle microwave, hair dryer and TV.
Only thing that we didn't like as non smokers, was the stale smell of cigarette smoke that lingered throughout the room. Occupants are able to sit out the front to smoke and it probably drifts in.
